The exchange worked fine in the end, but support was kinda slow getting back to me.

Ordered from strikeindustries.com the shipping was faster than I expected. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up just a couple days later. No weird delays or issues or anything like that. It was a simple order overall, but the speed was solid. I’d definitely order from them again.

I do like that Strike Industries has a ton of parts and color options, because it makes it easier to put together something that actually feels like your own style. I’m the kind of person who will spend way too long debating between two shades that are basically the same, which is probably why picking a phone case also takes me forever. Some things on the site were easy to find, but other stuff felt like I had to dig around more than I expected.

I gave it 3 stars because the selection is definitely a plus, but the site can feel cluttered and a few of the items I wanted were out of stock. That’s always a little annoying, especially when you’ve already pictured how everything is going to look. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as it could be
